M1 Handlebar height

I love this bike, but with shoulder and neck issues, I need to raise my handlebar height (more than what the adjustable gooseneck does). 1-1.5 inches. Any tips on how to do this?

Yes we too have an e bike that we need a longer stem Any information would be great!
