Even tho Bintelli claims 30 mile range, mine has never gotten more than 15 and often only closer to 10 miles. Very disappointing.

I have the fusion and am very disappointed to report the same issue.

I have the fusion, went and bought the extended battery, and am sad to say I see no real difference between the two batteries. It’s as if I just bought a second battery but I haven’t seen any extended mileage out of this new battery that I spent quite a bit more for.

Need update on current replacement battery for M1 model. Stock battery done after 14 miles with limited use of throttle. Been riding this bike and battery almost 4 years.

Would like to know when a better/longer lasting battery is available for M1 model.

With our 6 person beyond, we are lucky to get 20 miles. It’s normally closer to that 15 mile mark.

Bought 2 Trend e-bikes 2 years ago. After 10 months both battery's would shut off after 4 to 6 miles. My dealer replaced both battery's. After 8 to 10 months same problem. Dealer is working with Bintelli hoping to solve problems soon.

New battery is not much better than the old one I replaced. About 15 miles with it, maybe less in cold weather. Original battery might get 12 miles. Disappointed with it, based on cost of over $500.00

Your problem probably isn't the battery. Wiring or motor shutting down the battery.

It’s the battery Al, been riding almost 5 years.
