Braking Problem with Bintelli 4 Person Beyond Golf Cart

I have reported a safety braking problem to Bintelli for my golf cart that I purchased in April of 2021 with no answers yet. It happens about once every 10 times when i pull to a stop. I remove my foot completely off the accelerator (my wife has observed this when this happens) and onto the brake and after initially slowing, the cart wants to accelerate again, and begins to lunge with the tires spinning sometimes, all while my foot is firmly on the brake. The only way i have found to stop it is to put the cart in neutral by pressing the F - R neutral button between the seats.

Mine does the same thing when trying to creep over an obstacle. (Curb in front of my house)
