2021 Binetelli Beyond Golf Cart Loss of Propulsion

I recently purchased a used Bintelli Beyond golf cart. We have put about 20 miles on it. Last night during our trip, we experienced a loss of propulsion. The battery was more than 3/4 full following an all night charge the previous evening. All lights, Bluetooth, and sensors continued to work. The cart came to an unexpected stop. It felt like the brakes were applied and came to a full stop in 15-20 feet. We were unsuccessful in our recovery efforts on the side of the road, so we pushed it home. I charged the battery over night, hoping it was an easy fix. That was unsuccessful. Can you answer the following questions? 1. Anything that you’d recommend that I start first in my troubleshooting efforts? I’m going to tighten all fittings on the cart in case a connection came loose. 2. It seems like other companies have a reset button on their motor that hard restarts the cart. Is there a reset button on the motor? 3. Are all do the batteries interconnect where if there’s one bad battery they’re all bad? Thank you.

How far did you have to push or pull the car

I am also expirencing this issue on a new 4pr with 66 miles. Absolutely no motion despite everything else being lit up. Brand new cart and it doesn’t do what a cart should do.

I would recommend getting in touch with your local Bintelli dealership for a diagnostic check, and preform a discharge / load test on the battery pack.  Does the solenoid click when accelerator is depressed you should hear the click of solenoid coming from rear of car as soon as you depress the pedal.

Brand new cart. Pulled out of garage, started down the street and it quit. Someone told me the battery needs reprogramed. I called Bintelli and they told me they don't warrantee that. I thought unusual, so did my neighbor who bought a 6 seater. I can not fully charge the golf cart, or it doesn't go.

Same… 2021 beyond, 6 seater. Less than 800 miles.

The on off toggle switch located either inside battery compartment and or on the dash located beside the two 12 volt auxiliary switches on dash below stereo turn off wait 30 seconds turn back on if this does not help you may have a faulty throttle sensor switch and or a number of other possible issues that a authorized

Bintelli dealer tech may need to diagnose in person.

Was this a lithium ion or flooded deep cycle battery pack in the car

My cart is lithium. When I talked with Bintelli... they didn't offer any assistance. I was surprised, because they had been helpful, yet that was before delivery when I needed help. If it needs reprogramed, I can't understand why Bintelli wouldn't cover it?

Battery should be covered under the battery manufacturer warranty

Mine is a 2019 6 passenger (bought used about a year ago).  Seem to have the same sudden loss of power issue.  Was thinking maybe a faulty motor controller???

Would appreciate any trouble shooting tips.
