Dear Bintelli Corporate Support and Management,
I am writing to formally escalate a severe matter regarding a SIVO golf cart purchased on July 5, 2026, from your Myrtle Beach location. This vehicle has been a major safety and quality disappointment since day one. It has already been in the repair shop six separate times, yet it is continuously returned to us completely unrepaired and in unacceptable condition.
The vehicle currently suffers from a long list of manufacturing and service defects, including:
Structural & Hardware Safety: The cart is physically unlevel and will not level out. The rear seat is incorrectly mounted, the roof is loose and wobbles, and the vehicle was returned to us missing a vital lug nut.
Severe Mechanical & Assembly Issues: The cart is riddled with loose and entirely missing bolts throughout the frame. The chair holder is defective, preventing the retaining pin from being inserted.
Electrical Failures: If left sitting for a few days, the cart completely refuses to turn on, requiring us to disconnect and reconnect the power system just to boot it up, despite the battery maintaining an 80% charge.
Component Breakage: The rear armrest is broken. We have already had to replace the back seat three separate times and repair the armrest twice due to ongoing structural breakage.
Cosmetic & Cosmetic Rust: The metal step-up is rusted. The powder coating is chipping off and rusting. Furthermore, the paint was scratched, poorly patched, and is now bubbling up.
To make matters worse, when we brought these safety and quality defects to the attention of the Myrtle Beach store manager, Joe, we were treated with utter dismissiveness. Regarding the missing lug nut, we were told that "someone else must have needed it more than us." When we expressed our deep dissatisfaction with the state of this expensive vehicle, Joe explicitly told us that if we were not happy, we should "get a lawyer."
As a corporate entity, I trust you understand that this is an entirely unacceptable way to treat paying customers who have given your service team six opportunities to fix a defective product. Given the extensive history of failed repairs and structural flaws, this vehicle is a lemon.
I am requesting that a corporate representative contact me immediately to arrange a proper resolution, up to and including a full vehicle replacement or buyback. I look forward to your prompt response to resolve this amicably before I am forced to take Joe's advice and escalate this legally and through consumer protection agencies.
